JOB TITLE: Customer Success Specialist 

LOCATION: Need to be willing and able to relocate to the Washington DC area in 2022

JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for converting Quorum users into loyal brand advocates by ensuring that customers find value in the Quorum platform. You will be expected to manage a portfolio of 50–75 clients and meet or exceed revenue retention and expansion targets for your account portfolio.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Ari) am a Manager on the Customer Success Team. You would report to me or one of my wonderful colleagues on my team.
