JOB TITLE: Manager, Customer Success - Enterprise
LOCATION: Remote (US Eastern time)
JOB DESCRIPTION: A customer success leader responsible to building a supporting Talkdesk's Enterprise (East) CSM team.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I am the Sr Director, CS at Talkdesk, responsible for our North America region. This role reports to our Director of Enterprise CS who reports directly to me.
