JOB TITLE: Manager, Support Specialist

LOCATION: New York City or Remote US 

JOB DESCRIPTION:This role will serve as a key member of the team, helping to set the strategy and plan for the future of Customer Support at Torii. Your team will be working directly with our customers, and you'll help develop an outstanding program in one of its most exciting phases. This is an amazing opportunity to help shape the Customer Success department.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Ross) am the Director of Customer Success at Torii, so this position would be one of my team membersIt is an exciting time to be working at Torii as we are growing several teams within Customer Success. You will be one of the first hires within the support team.
