JOB TITLE: Customer Success Trainer

LOCATION: New York City or Remote US 

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a Customer Success Trainer, that will report to the Director of Customer Success, who will be responsible for the development and implementation of training plans needed to ensure the continued success of our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a curriculum that enables customers to understand how to utilize Torii to meet their business needs.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Ross) am the Director of Customer Success at Torii, so this position would be one of my team membersIt is an exciting time to be working at Torii as we are growing several teams within Customer Success. You will be one of the first hires within the support team.
