JOB TITLE: Customer Success Associate

LOCATION: NYC preferred.  Remote supported with commensurate experience and accountability. 

JOB DESCRIPTION: Canoe is looking for a Client Associate to support the firm's client success efforts including:  onboarding, support, training and relationship management.  You will work directly with Canoe and Client Executives and play a crucial role in delivering a first-class experience to our asset and wealth management clients.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU:  Our CS team is led by Tim Loughrey who has deep domain expertise and industry relationships.  Tim prides himself on helping his team be successful in their careers and with our clients.  

ABOUT OUR COMPANY: Canoe has tripled ARR this year and has a reasonable path to 2x next year.  Canoe is bringing machine learning to the asset and wealth management industries.  Our proprietary algorithms extract disparate data from PDF reports, reducing the manual burden at our clients by 90%(!) while also improving our client's business risk profile.
