JOB DESCRIPTION: |
One of our clients, a B2B SaaS Procurement/CRM platform, has engaged us to find and Director, Customer Success, and Implementation. In this role, you will lead a team consisting of three Customer Success Managers and Implementation Specialists. You will work with the customer during the contract negation and once the agreement is executed and you will have responsibility for the post sale activity. Having recently raised just over $40m in series B funding, they are poise for global growth. Excellent compensation and a strong equity play. If you have a strong business operations background, understand how to problem solve at all points of the customer journey, and are searching for a high-impact leadership role, we would like to meet you.
