JOB TITLE: GGR Community Manager



  • Build marketing programs to gain new members, grow current members skills and retain them for the long-term
  • Recommend, design and implement engagement programs to help improve the member experience 
  • Host events and sessions that connects members with valuable content, speakers and sponsors
  • Work closely with volunteers, MVPs, and various membership groups to help them participate in the community through various methods
  • Create valuable content (blogs, videos, tools, templates) that can help drive member outcomes
  • Set and track KPIs (key performance indicators) on a recurring basis. Adjust engagement tactics as needed to ensure community hits goals. 
  • Continuously gather feedback to shape online community management practices 
  • Potential travel up to 20%


JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Jeff) am the Director of CX at Higher Logic, so this position would be one of my team members. We fit within the Customer Experience Organization at Higher Logic, which reports to @Jay Nathan. This role is helping us to super-charge our Gain Grow Retain efforts!
