JOB TITLE: Senior Customer Success Manager
LOCATION: Remote East Coast (US or Canada) or Toronto
JOB DESCRIPTION: At Affinity, we're passionate about the success of our customers, and we're looking for strategic, results-driven Senior CSMs to retain and grow our largest customers. Your job will combine commercial leadership and customer advocacy. You will drive strategic renewals and upsells while working closely with our clients to understand and address their business needs. This role is highly cross-functional, and you will regularly interface with our sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure we place our clients' concerns above everything else. JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Megan) am the Manager for the Strategic Accounts, East Region at Affinity, so this position would be one of my team members. We fit within the Customer Success organization at Affinity, which reports to Brian Cloughley, SVP of Customer Success.
