JOB TITLE: Client Success Specialist
LOCATION: Greater New York City area
JOB DESCRIPTION: Comscore is seeking several client facing candidates to support our digital publisher, national network and local TV clients. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering superior client service by managing client relationships including technical and business inquiries, providing product details and leading product trainings that support client's business objectives.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Ashley) am the Director of Client Success for our sell-side digital verticals. These candidates will be hands on with some of our east coast based clients, reporting to a Manager of Client Success.

The Client Success team is highly regarded at Comscore and is a key partner to other internal teams and our clients. This role will have a lot of visibility within the company working with some of our largest, most complex clients.
