Hi All, my team is growing and we are looking for CXMs(Customer Experience Manager) and Manager of CX.
LOCATION: UK/ EMEA Remote
JOB DESCRIPTION: A Customer Experience Manager will be part of the Customer Experience (CX) team in Kong. This team is responsible for interfacing with our customers throughout their lifecycle, coordinating various customer meetings and acting as an interface between the customer and Kong teams. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships with executives, growing our business and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and supporting the onboarding of new customers with consultations and best practices.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Cony) am the Senior Customer Experience Manager at Kong in EMEA team, so this position would be one of my team members. We fit within the Customer Experience Organization at Kong, which reports to @Paul Lundin(VP of CX). It is an exciting time to be working at Kong and I look forward to adding a few more great team members to the rocketship.
