In 2022, we are looking at creating a customer facing community and CAB.  Does anyone have a current platform that they use for their customer community and CAB?

    Hi Emily,
    Our customer facing community is for support/training purposes. We utilize Zendesk for support and Zendesk Community for support/training articles, etc. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
