JOB TITLE: Senior Customer Success Manager

LOCATION: Troy, NY or Remote US 

JOB DESCRIPTION: Web Scribble's CSM team is responsible for driving an exceptional customer experience, highlighting value, and building trust with clients. By developing strong relationships with clients, our Senior Customer Success Managers identify business needs and proactively come up with solutions to meet their challenges. A successful outcome is increased value, satisfaction, and renewal/expansion of customers.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will report to me directly, working largely with the our clients in the Association market. We will collaborate closely to support customers execution within our career platform as well as with other departments to ensure comfortable and supportive transitions internally, highlight successes and present solutions in support of strategic goals.
