JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager 

LOCATION:  Grand Rapids, MI or Austin, TX


  • Articulate and drive customer use cases, customer value, and expansion while maintaining trusted customer advisor status
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the customer and educate them on the use and benefits of our products 
  • Ability to act as the subject matter expert on your clients with internal stakeholders, reporting on trends, issues, and opportunities that will help us to improve product offerings and operations
  • Ability to clearly and concisely articulate technical matters to all customers
  • Scaling processes and identifying opportunities to improve existing processes, readying the business for scale
  • Onboard, train, and support new customers to our software
  • Leverage data, analytics, and various tools to determine high impact plans of action that deliver high customer value and drive revenue growth for customers
  • Maintain high levels of customer retention and customer satisfaction within your customer base
  • Develop and foster relationships with customers by providing functional and technical support for products
  • Work closely with sales, support, product, and marketing to communicate root causes for customer success or failure, and drive requirements for product enhancement and development
  • Ability to use strong problem-solving skills, quick-thinking, and use of independent judgment when making decisions that have an impact on customers

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I am the director of Customer Success and we are growing our team.  This position would report to me.
