JOB TITLE: Director, Customer Success (Corporate Customer)


JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a senior-level professional with customer success and account management leadership experience to lead our Corporate Customer Success team. In addition to people leadership, this role will provide strategic market leadership for our corporate customer base. They will be the voice of the corporate customer within Higher Logic, and maintain a pulse on the market, product and competitive dynamics impacting our customers and their outcomes. They will work with their team and cross-functionally to drive customer experience and outcomes that lead to world-class gross and net retention rates. 

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Nanette) am the Sr Talent Acquisition Partner at Higher Logic, so I would be walking you through the hiring process. This role fits within the Customer Experience Organization at Higher Logic, which reports to @Jay Nathan.
