JOB TITLE: Senior Customer Success Manager


JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Senior Customer Success Manager to own the post-onboarding relationship with a segment of clients and help scale our customer success program. A successful candidate will love helping customers adopt the software, be able to handle customer escalations with ease, and be the voice of the customer to our product team. They will have experience developing other employees and have the desire to grow into a manager role with Hostfully and become our head of customer success. This role is purely remote and will consist of much of the day spent on video calls and screen shares with our clients.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I am Eric Andersen, Senior Director of Operations at Hostfully. I lead our customer and partner support teams and customer success team.
