JOB TITLE: Customer Success Specialist

LOCATION: Remote/Dubuque, Iowa

JOB DESCRIPTION: Partner with the our Customer Success Managers to deliver services to our largest and most strategic, global clients. This position is the entry point to our Customer Success Team and provides new team members with a comprehensive onboarding to prepare to move into a full Customer Success Manager position. This role assists with developing client relationships, documentation and client communication, scheduling, and more. 

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Amanda) and the Customer Success Team Leader, so this position would be one of my team members. Within our organization, I report directly to our CEO and Customer Success is given a seat at the table for all strategic decisions from sales, to development, marketing and more. Eagle Point is a very customer focused organization, the Customer Success Specialists and Customer Success Managers are encouraged to be the voice of customer as much as possible!
