JOB TITLE: Manager, Enterprise Customer Success
LOCATION: NYC / Denver / Remote
JOB DESCRIPTION: Nylas is scaling our Customer Success team as our customer base continues to grow at a rapid rate. As a result, we're looking to bring on our first Manager of Enterprise Customer Success as a very strategic hire to manage, recruit, onboard and train our team of Enterprise CSMs. Your team is responsible for proactively driving adoption across our existing and growing Enterprise customer base through on-boarding and customer education. The team advocates and rallies resources for the customer internally with the goal of exceeding the expectations of our customers. This is an opportunity to join a company that's is defining and leading the space, in a leadership role overseeing our most valuable customers, while still in our early stages, positioning yourself to drive a major impact for the overall business.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Matt) am the Senior Director of Customer Success at Nylas, this position will be reporting to me. I report directly to our CRO, Lou Salfi.
