JOB TITLE: Technical Account Manager
LOCATION: Remote
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Technical Account Manager will not only act as the voice of the customer within the organization, but will partner with sales in achieving revenue growth goals. You are a critical component of Onapsis' growth, focused the creation and execution of adoption strategies to ensure retention and expansion of Onapsis' solutions across the various organizations at the customer.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Alexis) am the Vice President of Customer Success at Onapsis, this position would be a part of my global team, reporting to one of my Directors. We fit within the Customer Experience Organization at Onapsis, which is a part of the Go To Market team.
