JOB TITLE: Partner Success & Support Manager 

LOCATION: Remote, Washington DC, Richmond, VA

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Partner Success Manager (PSM) is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with colleges, universities, and other institutions that are active members of EAB/Digital Immersion technologies (specifically – Wisr – our virtual community platform) with the goal of supporting adoption of the digital tool and securing the renewal of partnership contracts. The PSM will play a critical role in crafting strategy on how to best serve this constituency and support our relationships with the larger executive team.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Keishla) am the Senior Director of Partner Success for the Digital Immersion team at EAB, which is comprised of two product line, and Wisr is one of those products. This team member will report to the team lead who reports to me.
