JOB TITLE: Customer Success Operations Manager
LOCATION: Remote or Houston, TX Area
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Customer Success Operations Manager will facilitate onboarding, integration, and technical services engagements for new and existing customers, ensuring the successful implementation and integration of ThoughtTrace platform. The CS Ops Manager will provide strategic and tactical support, manage projects for prospects and customers, work with stakeholders across all parts of the business and at all levels to deliver outstanding outcomes and a fast time to value. They will also provide detailed analytical insights and information to internal constituents by working closely with members of the CS, Sales, Product and Marketing groups.
