JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager 

LOCATION: Remote 

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

PeopleGrove is a company that makes a difference in the lives of learners.  As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a huge role in helping us maximize our impact by working directly with our customers to reach as many of their learners as possible.  You will be the point person showcasing the value of the platform to customers while developing and leveraging internal resources to support your efforts.

The ideal candidate has account management experience coupled with knowledge of the higher education industry.  You know how to prioritize your work to hit your individual, team, and company objectives.  You are solutions focused and ok with ambiguity because you have a "can-do/roll-up your sleeves" attitude.  The CSM team is made up of awesome human beings, so you must be awesome, too. 

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU:

I am the Director of Customer Success Management, so this role reports directly to me.  I am proud to support an amazing team of hard working CSMs who thoroughly enjoy one another.  We, along with the Services, Support, and Sales teams, report to the CRO of PeopleGrove.
