JOB TITLE: Client Success Manager 

LOCATION: Washington, DC Area (Hybrid)

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Client Success Team is the trusted advisor for building relationships, driving product adoption, resolving issues, and empowering the client to achieve their goals using our solution. By being experts of the LOYALTY CHALLENGE platform, Client Success Managers can provide a unique level of support and consultation to our clients. We are an energetic, empathetic, and passionate team that enjoys teamwork and taking on new challenges in this dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and service-oriented with the professional skills and experience to effectively manage client relationships and work in partnership with the rest of the Untie Nots team. While we are currently working 100% remotely in the U.S., we strongly prefer candidates in the Washington, DC Area who can work from an office on a hybrid work schedule.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Ken) am the Managing Director of North America at Untie Nots. This position would functionally report to our Director of Client Success based in Paris, however, they would be dotted line to me and their client-facing work would be supervised by me.
