JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION: A customer success manager that will be responsible for building strong customer relationships with executives. The Customer Success Managers build advocates out of our customer base, drive product adoption, and ensure that our customers are meeting their goals!
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I'm Andrea. I lead our Scale and Mid Market CS Teams. This job would report directly to me.

You will find that we have built out processes and structure, yet very open to evolving and doing things better to get us to the next level!
ABOUT OUR COMPANY: SimpleLegal was founded in 2014 to modernize e-billing for Legal Departments. In 2019, we were acquired by Onit a major player in the Legal Operations space to compliment their suite of products.
