JOB TITLE: Senior Customer Success Manager

LOCATION: NY Tri-State area preferred, US-remote optional

JOB DESCRIPTION: The ideal candidate is an experience SaaS client service professional who is passionate about driving customer adoption, renewals, growth and success with the Verity platform. This individual will be responsible for partnering with a variety of global investment management organizations, ranging from newly launched hedge funds and top-10 global asset management firms to some of the world's most esteemed pensions and endowments. Top candidates will need to be committed to providing customized, creative solutions as well as highly communicative, team-oriented, sales-minded and customer focused.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Lauren) am the VP and Head of Customer Success at Verity so in this position, you would report directly to me. I'm looking to hiring a Senior CSM to cover some of our largest and most important clients as well as help lead implementations so SaaS experience will be important. I'm also looking for a partner to help collaborate with me on process improvements and service initiatives to help grow the business. It's an exciting time to be at Verity!
