JOB TITLE: Manager, Customer Success

LOCATION: EMEA Remote and/or EMEA Office

JOB DESCRIPTION: As manager in the User Success at Scale team, you will be responsible leading a team of User Success Managers who are driven to ensure Bentley's small and medium sized accounts are realizing their business outcomes leveraging Bentley products.  You will inspire by modelling Bentley culture and values, coaching team members to achieve their maximum potential and caring about your team's aspirations and growth

As a member of the User Success team, you will partner and work across the organization, acting as the voice of Bentley's Small and Medium business accounts and champion their needs.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: The manager position reports directly directly to me (David) as the Director User Success alongside a second manager who leads a second team of success managers. Your direct team will consist of up to 10 success managers located across North America, Columbia, Dublin, Eastern Europe and the UK.
