SO - how are you building your army?

Earlier this month, we had Marc Phillips join the GGR Office Hours for CSMs to talk about why creating an army is a good thing.

Here is a quick overview:
  1. You are gaining insights from a variety of lenses, giving you and your team the ability to connect the dots and see needs that might be missed otherwise. This can help your clients embed your product into their own DNA.
  2. Personnel changes do not mean you have to start all over again with someone new. You now have redundancies so when cost-cutting rears it's ugly head, your product has advocates to help fight for you.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
