Hi @Evas, hoping other can chime in with LinkedIn recommendations.  I really liked the book, "The Power of Moments."  I think it should be a must read for every Success person, for we should all be thinking how do we create unique, memorable experiences for our customers.  If you haven't taken advantage of the podcasts on GGR those are a great resource.  Another great resources:  'nuffsaid magazine.
