I just started in CSM; my team asked me to transfer from Talent & Culture to CSM.
There was no plan or anything deep-dived into things. However, I miss some guidelines or best practises, and I am looking for someone to help me; I bought two csm books to read. I am living in the Netherlands and working for International Start up we are going to move from a BPO to a SAAS, so it's essential to build a great CSM.
Can someone advice or help me
