This week, @DillonYoung, Leader of CS at Maxell joins @Jeff Breunsbach to talk about leading through change.

Here are some highlights:

  • Prep before action when changes to priorities happen - need to understand the leading and lagging indicators well to see what will move the needle, not just throw potential solutions hoping to find something that works
  • CS tends to know the customers, but other teams can lead changes - collaboration can be the support of other teams' initiatives with customer knowledge, not the take over of the ask
  • Change management is a process of trust building - there are no short-cuts
  • Effective esource allocation - what is the most effective use of time? Position the team for success
  • Choose what you measure carefully - what metric is best for impact measurement
  • Continuous evaluation - check the value to make sure it is still there

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
