I came across a reply to my comment 2 months later. Unfortunately, I never got a notification, so I never saw it.

To avoid this when you are looking for clarification or followup questions, use an 
"@" and tag that person so they will get a notification of your response. Good luck collaborating and sharing the knowledge of Customer Success.
