Hey All! As a Philly guy when I see the former sixers GM, Sam Hinkie, doing a podcast I listen because well "Trust the Process"!
This past week Sam did a podcast and while he is now a venture capitalist he talks extensively on finding the people right for him based on his strengths and weaknesses. He goes into how he interviews people, philosophies he follows and everything else you would like to know. Sam is a super thoughtful person so it is very interesting to go through.
