Call for 2021 Committee Members




Good Morning GGR -
What a 2020. When this community launched, we never thought we'd be here almost 11 months later with nearly 5,000 members, weekly Office Hours, a growing podcast, and relationships that will span our careers.
We've always been transparent from the start...with all of these members, we now need to get better operational excellence so that we can keep the quality high. Our goal from the beginning has to bring actionable and valuable content to customer success leaders - and that won't change.
February starts our annual Gain Grow Retain planning. With that we're bringing together a core group who will be instrumental in helping us plot out our course for the next 12 months.

--> Leading Small-Groups
--> Facilitating Office Hours
--> Attracting new members
To be honest - any and all ideas are on the table.
We'll hold an introductory meeting next Friday February 5 at 1pm ET - invite to come after you fill out the form above.
We're excited that you all are here. We're excited for those who have the ability to step up and play a role. To 2021 and beyond.

@Jeff Breunsbach I know I'm late to the party in responding...and I'm not ready to think about a leadership role right now. That said, I'd be happy to contribute as I can around leading small groups, facilitating office hours, or building a content machine.
I dropped off the radar from this community because I've been out of CS for a while, but I'm super-excited to jump back into the industry and into this fantastic community.
