Does anyone have experience running a CS for a software development company, not SaaS?

Hi Mohammad!

Does your company directly support end customers, or are you working with resellers/distributors?  Our team uses a SaaS model (meaning recurring subscription services) for a non-cloud solution.  We transitioned our support and service model to CS ten years ago.
