How to make senior community members feel special?

Hi everyone,
Has anyone got any tips/advice on how to make senior members within a closed community feel special?
The community which I am managing has three levels:
1) Leaders (CMOS, Heads of functions, Marketing Directors etc)
2) Managers (Marketing managers)
3) Teams (Executives, graduates etc)
I want to give leaders special treatment. So for example, rather than sending them a booking form to book their place to an event, we send them a calendar invite to either accept/decline to make things easier for them, less admin, as leaders are the most time poor.
Is anyone else doing anything along these lines?
Thanks in advance,
Katherine
