Of course, "good" depends on a range of factors, and the optimal answer for one company may not apply to another. And keep in mind these are financial outcomes, not predictors of behavior, or KPIs for your team's processes. I consult with companies to "connect the dots" between specific tasks and financial outcomes, but knowing the range of financial outcomes is the best place to start.
