Seeking a mentor to transition into a CS Role

I am currently looking into transitioning into the exciting field of Customer Success after several years of experience as a Customer Service Supervisor. My background has equipped me with strong skills in relationship management, team leadership, and problem-solving, and I am eager to apply these in a Customer Success role.
If you’re an experienced Customer Success professional and would be open to sharing your expertise, I’d love to connect! Whether it’s a few conversations, advice on resources, or industry insights, your guidance would mean a lot to me.

Hi @Tunu congrats on the exciting career move. Feel free to take a look at my linked in and let me know if my background would be beneficial for you. In short, I got my start in sales, eventually moved to reactive customer retention/escalation management, and then moved to CS/AM roles for ~4 years , helping start and scale CS/AM teams. Eventually I moved into CS Ops and Enablement, which I've now done for ~4 years as well and for 3 companies.
Happy to connect if this would be beneficial for you. It would be great to know what specifically you are looking to achieve with these connections. Are there development areas you're looking for specific guidance on how best to learn? Are there specific questions you want answered? Such insights will help me, and I'm sure anyone else offering to connect, better understand what you might
Cheers, and congrats on the move!
