At the end of the contract, I prepare a wrap-up report and I present it to the client to help their decision to re-new the contract for the next year. What kind of client reporting do you do?

    Is at the end of the contract too late? Does this open up an opportunity for unchallenged churn?

    I presume you are delivering some form of business review during the contract lifecycle to ensure value is being articulated to the customer, asking for their validation of such value?

    Definitely, This is usually performed in an EBR for me. I host my renewal EBRS before contract end date or before autorenewal date.
