  1. What will be in your 2021 time capsule for what you hope the end of the year will look like for you - personally, professionally, and spiritually?
  2. What is your top initiative for Q1?
These are the two questions we discussed on today's CS Leaders Office Hours.

Some of the top themes were:
  • Professional development - advancing careers, gain new skills, etc
  • Finding a new organization
  • Tight collaboration within their current company
  • Travel!
  • Welcome new additions to their families - human or fur :)

What's on your list?

For me...

  • Personally: Welcome my 3rd child in May! 
  • Professionally: Complete the latest CCSM courses + earn a promotion
  • Spiritually: Read the Bible in a year
  • Q1 initiative: Finish my fiscal year above 108% NRR + complete account segmentation
