How has Covid-19 affected health scoring calculation?
Have you adjusted your health scoring & calculation due to the impact of Covid? Would be interested in hearing what else do you now consider and is there a scale that you could include in automatic calculation of health? .. e.g. due to industry.. having a different ability to pay, level of workforce reduction etc. Thanks in advance for input and discussion!
As well as helping with Account Health, it may be possible to leverage for new segmentation.
