I’m currently an account manager at a dairy store company. I just completed a program to become a Salesforce Administrator and am now studying to take the exam. Hi Everyone! I am have a Quality Assurance (specifically in health/wellness programming) in the non-profit world. I love being in a customer-facing role, which has led me to find CSM. I have been applying to CSM roles and so far I've received some rejection letters.

I've been debating about taking the CSM certification.

I am based in Europe (France), certified CSM with jolt.io and currently applying and interviewing for CSM roles.

My experience is varied, from customer relations and sales to coaching and mentoring. I was also a semi-professional athlete :-)

While I get a positive feedback, I haven't gotten an offer yet and I always try to improve myself.
