Are your customer interactions focused on you or them?

@Bob London joins @Jeff Breunsbach this week to talk about the importance of moving away from a product-centric conversation into one that not only increases impact and alignment, but keeps your customers coming back to the table.

Some practical tips that you can begin incorporating immediately are:

  • Make it a conversation rather than just another presentation
  • Bring information about how other similar companies are using your product to spur ideas
  • Be sure to include both strategic and tactical components in your interactions
  • Understand the needs of the industry so your role moves into a partnership rather than a reactive one

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor.
