Recommendation for Resources Center
I recently joined a SaaS startup, at a glance our solution is relatively simple, so I'm planning to build up a resource center that can equip clients with necessary resources to self-onboard. At the moment I'm thinking about open-source tools because of the financial constraints.
I would appriciate any recommendation of yours!
Thank you.

If you're looking to try something quick and easy (and free!), I might suggest creating a Google Doc that they each grab a copy of to share in the hand-off email between Sales and Success.
For example, we send all our new partners to this Site Launch Checklist article: https://help.whyliveschool.com/en/articles/6492606-site-launch-checklist and we can continually make updates to the linked Google Doc based on feedback and usage metrics from people that use it.
That then gives each new partner a specific checklist of what to do first, second, third, etc. while linking out to a bunch of helpful resources to get them up and running.

If you are already using Salesforce you could also reach out to your Salesforce AE. There is a good chance you already have Help Center (public or behind a login) included in your existing Salesforce contract.
