Measuring CSAT

Hey GGRers!

I have a customer who is looking to capture CSAT information. Normally I would suggest a survey tool, but they are looking for something very specific:

• A pop up
• Questions driven by what role they are in and what they are doing on the page (in this case it is a community site)
• Timed - this wouldn't exist forever, but in various windows of time (bonus points if it could somehow be tied to time with product or time in community)

I am seeing a lot of conversations about what to do with the data, but not finding any that specifically drill down into the platforms that can support something like this.

Here is what I am seeing in tools in a quick look, and wondered if anyone has any experience with them and/or if there are others I can share?
