I’m currently evaluating customer success platforms and am looking for some insights from those who have experience with either ClientSuccess or ChurnZero. Both seem to offer solid solutions, but I'm trying to decide which one would be the best fit for our team.
If you’ve used either platform (or both), I’d love to hear about your experience! Specifically, I’m curious about:

- Key features that stood out (e.g., automation, reporting, customer segmentation)
