I have been planning to write an article regarding CS tooling and just published it on LinkedIn.
The timing is interesting as I believe this is a conversation topic for next Thursdays CS Leadership session.
It would be great to hear from others regarding what tools have worked and not worked and get some ideas flowing ahead of next weeks session.

    Hi Markus -

I love discussing CS tech stacks!

I saw you that recommended either Chorus.ai or Gong for call coaching. I am genuinely enjoying Chorus.ai and will be having it as part of my tech stack moving forward. It's user-friendly and very easy to send call snippets to my product team for review.

I didn't enjoy using LucidCharts which I've also had in my tech stack in the past. I've newly replaced it with Whimsical to map my customer journey and it's been a much better user experience for me.

While Chartloop is not as robust in terms of mindmapping as Whimsical, the auto-org chart generation with role assignments is really useful and saves a ton of time.  Might be worth checking out.

I was excited to see this thread. CS tooling is a topic close to my heart! So much so that I co-founded this new virtual event in a couple of weeks time. If you want to get a good overview of some great CS tech, this is a very efficient way to do it - and without sharing any contact details with vendors! www.csdemoday.com. Hope to see some of you there.

Hi James, that event seems very cool. It happens to fall on the same day I've committed to a webinar. Is that a demo available as a recording afterwards?

    Hey @James Scott

    +1 to waht @Yanira said.
I won't be able to att3nd as well, but if there would be a recording afterward I'll be more that happy to register and go over it

Hi Yanira - yes! We'll be recording sessions and making them available for 30 days afterwards to registered attendees. After 30 days the demos will be removed from the website at the request of our vendors (because software evolves so quickly they don't want out of date demos live - which makes perfect sense).

Thanks for confirming James. I just registered so that I can have those recordings sent over to me afterwards.
