Measuring Starts via Phases
Hello! I have been tasked to evaluate and potentially change the current "phases" of client roll out to measure success. This will report up to Finance with the goal of easily seeing where new clients are in their implementation and are they on track to meet projected roll call numbers. Has anyone else used phases to measure or ensure a roll out is progressing/on track? Would value any thoughts, ideas or suggestions! Thanks, Shelley
