Hi,

Is anyone using Salesforce Einstein's machine learning to improve health scores and would be willing to share experience?

If not Einstein, what about other ML apps.

    Interesting discussion, will follow this for sure! I've heard some companies consider Tableau for this as well but haven't heard from an actual user yet... I'm wondering what Salesforce their take is on what to use for health scoring? Einstein or Tableau?

    I'm very biased over here but you could also use Planhat for this ;-) Obviously, more than happy to show you or assist in any other way.
