Hello all
I would be keen to exchange with mates from companies of similar profile as the one I'm part of:
- One of our Software/Product need the involvement of Professional services, third parties or specific client teams to get value from it. Meaning to get onboarding team, CSM and support is not enough, you/we need Professional Services also
- ARR between USD 15M and 35M
- Employees around 200
I'm particularly interested in exchanging on your client invoice rate for Customer Success (if paid) and Professional Services. Meaning not the amount but just the % of activities your PS and CSM teams are able to invoice.
More than happy to share experience and benchmark on all the other CS topics (data, segment, tooling, process...)
