Has anyone hired or had a value engineer as part of CS org?
Effie Mansdorf
If so, I would love to hear feedback regarding this role and how it's incorporate into the CS org!
Thanks!

- We used to have value engineers / value consultants in my previous organization. CSMs could pull value engineers to cater strategic and large enterprise customer segment to drive adoption, work on value driven use-cases, and quantify the value of the platform / solution.
- Value engineers are good at product but that's not their core competency. They're above feature / functionality and are good at driving "why and so what" conversations.
-They are a coach and experts in use-cases.
- Value engineers are generally experts within a domain / industry.
Hope this helps!
