Omni channel solution providers?

Hi, New here: wondering if anyone has any good omni channel solution providers? Chat, phone, SMS, email, knowledge base, reporting/analytics, etc. ?

Freshworks is looking like the main option that offers all of these things. Goal for product is 1 integration. Goal for my CS Team is (obviously) making sure we maintain good internal collaboration and visibility in order to maintain a great customer experience. Trying to find a middle ground, somehow... :)
